The quickest and easiest way to deploy MemSQL in a multi-host on-premises environment is to follow the Basic guide. It installs MemSQL into default locations on your host machines and makes handles basic configuration details for you. If you need to have more control and customization in how you deploy your cluster, follow the Comprehensive guide instead.
